Terms of Service

Last updated: June 5, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Mindmosis (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Mindmosis is a personalized audio wellness service. You provide information through a guided intake, and we generate custom relaxation and self-improvement audio sessions for you or, where applicable, for a child in your care.

Sessions are produced with the help of third-party artificial-intelligence and text-to-speech providers. The content is generated and may not always be perfect, complete, or suited to your situation; you are responsible for deciding whether it is appropriate to use.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If a session is intended for a minor, it must be created and supervised by that minor’s parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Wellness only — not medical care

The Service is for general wellness and relaxation and is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and not a substitute for professional care. Please review our Wellness Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.

Free trials: some plans start with a free trial (currently 7 days). A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but it is not charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is automatically charged for the first billing period and your subscription continues at the plan's regular price. Cancel any time during the trial from Account → Manage billing and you will not be charged.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.

To cancel: sign in, go to Account, and select "Manage billing." This opens our secure billing portal, where you can choose "Cancel plan." Your subscription remains active through the end of the period you already paid for; you will not be charged again after that unless you resubscribe. If a payment fails, we (via our payment processor) will automatically retry it a few times over the following days before treating the subscription as canceled.

5. Your content and the audio you create

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant us a limited license to use it to operate and improve the Service and to generate your sessions.

Subject to these Terms and your active plan, we grant you a personal, non-commercial license to listen to and download the audio sessions we create for you. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly broadcast the audio.

File retention after cancellation: your generated audio sessions remain available in your account for 1 year after your subscription is canceled. After that year, the underlying audio files are permanently deleted from our systems. We recommend downloading any sessions you want to keep before the retention period ends.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by using it for unlawful purposes, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, providing information about another person without authority to do so, or relying on it as a substitute for professional or emergency care.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by Mindmosis and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or to the Service beyond the limited licenses described here.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindmosis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
