Wellness Disclaimer
Last updated: June 5, 2026
Mindmosis creates personalized guided-relaxation and self-improvement audio. Please read this disclaimer carefully before using the service.
For wellness and relaxation only
Mindmosis is a wellness and relaxation product. The audio sessions, intake conversations, and other content are intended to support general relaxation, focus, comfort, and healthy habit-building.
Mindmosis is NOT medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, or any form of clinical treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Not a healthcare provider
We are not doctors, therapists, psychologists, dietitians, or licensed clinicians, and using Mindmosis does not create a provider–patient relationship.
Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical or mental-health condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you heard in a Mindmosis session.
If you are in crisis
Mindmosis is not designed for emergencies. If you or someone in your care may be in danger or experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. In the U.S. you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Children and supervised use
Some sessions are intended for children. Any session involving a minor must be set up and supervised by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for deciding whether the content is appropriate for their child.
Mindmosis does not replace pediatric, psychological, or feeding-therapy care. If a child has a diagnosed condition, talk with their care team before adding any new wellness practice.
Safe listening
Do not listen to relaxation or hypnosis-style audio while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention. These sessions are meant to be heard while resting in a safe, comfortable place.
Individual results vary. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, and the experience of relaxation or behavior change differs from person to person.
