Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Mindmosis collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to create your sessions and run the Service.

Information we collect

Account information: such as your name and email address when you sign up.

Intake information: the responses you provide during the guided intake, which may include details about you or — where you set up a session for a child — about that child, their interests, and the goals you want a session to support.

Generated content: the audio sessions we create for you and basic details about them (such as title, length, and chosen voice).

Usage and device information: basic technical data needed to operate the Service, and information stored in your browser (for example, your selected voice and a local list of your sessions).

Payment information: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.

How we use information

To generate your personalized sessions, operate and secure the Service, provide support, process payments, and improve how Mindmosis works.

To communicate with you about your account, sessions, and important changes to the Service.

AI processing of your intake

To create a session, we send the relevant intake text to trusted third-party AI providers that draft the script, and to a text-to-speech provider that produces the voice audio. These providers process the content to deliver the result back to us.

We share only what is needed to generate your session and ask providers to handle it under their own commitments. We do not use your intake content to publicly train models.

How we share information

We share information with service providers who help us run Mindmosis — for example, cloud hosting, our payment processor, and the AI and voice providers described above — under agreements that limit their use of it.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

Children’s information

Mindmosis accounts are for adults. Where a session is intended for a child, the information about that child is provided by a parent or guardian who is responsible for what they share and for supervising use.

We use children-related information only to create and deliver the requested sessions, and a parent or guardian may request access to or deletion of that information at any time.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated content by contacting us, subject to limited retention required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these, contact us at the address below.

You can clear the locally stored data (such as your voice choice and session list) by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Changes and contact

We may update this Policy from time to time; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.

Questions or requests can be sent to [email protected].
