Quit Vaping & Nicotine, For Good

Ready to be done with vaping? For good this time.

A short intake, then a personalized guided audio series built around your actual use pattern, your triggers, and the reasons you want out — not a generic 'quit smoking' recording. No two attempts are the same; this one starts with what's different about you and what's tripped you up before.

Wellness support, not medical or psychological care. Cancel anytime.

Sound familiar?

You're not imagining it.

  • You've tried willpower alone and it worked for a few days, then the first stressful moment undid it.
  • The vape is always within reach — in your pocket, on the desk, by the bed — so quitting feels like fighting all day, every day.
  • Certain moments trigger it automatically: after meals, driving, your first break, a drink with friends, sitting down to work.
  • You're not sure if you even want the head-noise of 'never again' — you just want the urge to stop running the show.
  • Generic hypnosis recordings don't mention your device, your triggers, or why you actually want to stop.

How it works

A few quiet steps.

01

Answer a short set of adaptive questions about how and when you vape or smoke, what's triggered quit attempts to break down before, and why you want to stop — in your own words.

02

We build a personal formulation — your trigger map, your dependence pattern, your prior-attempt failure points, and realistic replacement behaviors for your actual life.

03

You get a guided audio session using the technique best matched to your pattern (habit-loop/automatic use vs. emotional/stress-driven use).

04

A 4-part arc moves from neutralizing your triggers, to installing replacement behaviors, to shifting your identity to 'someone who doesn't use nicotine,' to locking that in with future pacing.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Is this a medical treatment or a substitute for a doctor's help?

No. This is a relaxation and self-hypnosis-style audio tool aimed at habit change and craving management. It is not medical treatment, not smoking-cessation counseling, and not a substitute for a doctor, especially if you use nicotine replacement therapy (patches, gum) or a cessation medication — this tool can be used alongside those, not instead of them.

Does this use fear tactics or graphic health warnings to scare me into quitting?

No. This pack deliberately avoids aversion and disgust-based suggestion (shock imagery, graphic health consequences). The approach is permissive and identity-forward — working with your own ambivalence and motivation rather than trying to frighten you into compliance.

What if I'm pregnant or trying to conceive?

We ask about this in intake. Nicotine cessation during pregnancy is important, but this tool is not a substitute for the extra support (medical and behavioral) that pregnancy quitting calls for — we'll flag this and encourage you to loop in your OB or midwife alongside using the sessions.

I vape heavily and also have symptoms like chest pain or shortness of breath — should I still use this?

Please see a doctor first. Heavy use combined with physical symptoms needs medical evaluation before anything else — this app can't assess that, and we'll flag it during intake.

Will this work if I've tried and failed to quit before?

The intake specifically asks what broke down in prior attempts — a rough day, a specific trigger, using again 'just once' — and the session is built to address that failure point directly rather than repeating a generic quit script.

How long are sessions and how does the 4-part series work?

Sessions default to about 15 minutes. The series is designed to be used across roughly one to two weeks, one part at a time, though you can relisten to any part as often as it helps.
