Calm Support for Migraine
A calmer nervous system, alongside your migraine care.
A short intake, then a personalized guided audio session built around how migraine shows up for you — your triggers, your prodrome warning signs, and what actually helps you get through an attack or the anxious wait for the next one.
Wellness support, not medical or psychological care. Cancel anytime.
Sound familiar?
You're not imagining it.
- Between attacks, you're often braced — waiting for the next one, scanning for early signs, never fully relaxed.
- During an attack, lying in a dark room with your thoughts racing doesn't feel like rest.
- Stress, poor sleep, and hormonal shifts all seem tangled up with your migraines, but it's hard to know what to do about that day-to-day.
- Generic relaxation apps don't know you have migraine, and don't distinguish 'help me unwind' from 'help me get through this attack right now.'
- You already have a doctor and a treatment plan — you just want something calming for the nervous-system side of things that fits alongside it.
How it works
A few quiet steps.
Answer a short set of adaptive questions about your migraine pattern, your medical care, your triggers, and what helps (or doesn't) during an attack.
We build a personal formulation — your attack pattern, your prodrome awareness, your stress load, and your rest-environment preferences — not a generic script.
You get a guided comfort and relaxation audio session matched to your situation: calming the nervous system between attacks, gentle company during an attack, or easing anticipatory worry about the next one.
A 4-session arc moves from calming baseline tension, to building a hand-warming and body-based relaxation skill, to attack-time and dark-room support, to easing the dread of 'when's the next one.'
Questions
Frequently asked.
Is this a treatment for migraine?
No. This is a comfort, relaxation, and coping audio tool for people who already have a migraine diagnosis and are under medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or reduce the symptoms of migraine or any other condition — it supports the nervous-system and stress side of living with migraine, alongside whatever your doctor has recommended.
I haven't seen a doctor about my headaches yet — should I use this first?
Please see a doctor or headache specialist first, especially if this is a new type of headache for you, the worst headache of your life, or comes with symptoms like vision changes, weakness, confusion, or fever. This tool is designed to sit alongside an existing diagnosis and medical care, not to substitute for that first evaluation.
Can this replace my migraine medication?
No, and we never offer advice about medication — starting, stopping, or changing anything you take is between you and your prescriber. If anything comes up during intake that suggests it's worth a conversation with your doctor (for example, using acute medication very frequently), we'll gently flag that and suggest you bring it up at your next visit.
Can I listen to a session during an actual migraine attack?
Some people find calm, quiet audio company helpful while resting in a dark, low-stimulation room during an attack; others find any audio too much. We ask about your preferences during intake, keep attack-time sessions especially slow, sparse, and low-sensory, and you should always stop if sound feels aggravating and do whatever your care plan calls for instead.
What if my headache pattern changes or gets suddenly worse?
Stop and contact a doctor promptly for any new type of headache, the worst headache of your life, or a headache with neurological symptoms (vision loss, weakness or numbness, trouble speaking, confusion, stiff neck, or fever) — these need urgent medical evaluation and this app will flag them during intake rather than proceeding to a session.
How long are sessions and how often should I listen?
Between-attack sessions default to about 10 minutes and work well as a regular practice a few times a week. Attack-time and dark-room sessions are shorter and slower by design, meant for whenever you're resting through an attack, as tolerated.
