Gentle Support Through Grief & Loss
You don't have to get over it. You just need somewhere gentle to rest.
A soft, adaptive intake, then a personalized audio session that keeps you company in grief — whatever and whoever you've lost — without asking you to hurry, fix anything, or feel differently than you do.
Wellness support, not medical or psychological care. Cancel anytime.
Sound familiar?
You're not imagining it.
- Everyone else seems to think you should be 'moving on' by now, and it makes you feel more alone with it.
- Grief comes in waves — some days feel almost normal, then something small brings it all back at once.
- Sleep feels different since the loss — hard to fall asleep, or you wake in the night with your mind on them.
- You're not sure it's 'allowed' to grieve this hard for a pet, a relationship, or a loss others might not fully understand.
- Meditation apps built for stress don't know what to do with grief — they rush toward calm instead of sitting with you in it.
How it works
A few quiet steps.
A gentle set of questions — at your pace, skip anything — about who or what you lost, how grief is showing up, and what comfort has looked like for you.
We build a quiet personal picture: your memories, your rituals or beliefs (if any), what a good day looks like — never a checklist, never a diagnosis.
You receive a soft guided audio session — companionship, not correction — matched to where you are right now, including sessions built only for presence if the loss is very recent.
A 4-session arc that stays with you rather than pushing you forward: presence first, then comfort, then gently carrying the bond, then a little more ease in daily life.
Questions
Frequently asked.
Is this therapy or grief treatment?
No. This is a gentle companionship and relaxation audio tool for grief and loss. It is not psychotherapy, not grief counseling, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for care from a licensed grief therapist or physician. It will never try to rush, fix, or resolve your grief for you.
Is it okay to use this for a pet, a divorce, or a loss other people might not take seriously?
Yes. Grief doesn't require anyone else's permission. This pack is built for bereavement, pet loss, and relationship endings alike — the depth of your grief is not up for debate here.
It's only been a few weeks — is it too soon for this?
It's not too soon, but very recent loss (under about 2-3 months) gets gentler, presence-only sessions — no deep processing, no 'moving forward' language, just company and rest while things are still raw.
What if my grief feels stuck, or I've been struggling for a very long time?
If intake suggests your grief may have moved into a longer, more entrenched pattern — sometimes called prolonged or complicated grief — we'll gently suggest speaking with a grief-specialized therapist, because that kind of grief deserves more support than audio alone can give.
What if I have thoughts of wanting to be with the person I lost, in a way that scares me?
Please reach out right away to a crisis line (in the US: call or text 988) or emergency services, or someone you trust. This app is not equipped for crisis support, and those feelings deserve immediate, real human care.
How long are sessions, and how often should I listen?
Sessions default to about 10 minutes. There's no 'right' schedule — many people find a quiet moment in the evening helpful, but this is meant to fit around you, not the other way around.
Ready to begin?
Quiet companionship for grief — bereavement, pet loss, or the ending of a relationship — not therapy, not a cure, and not a way to rush you past what you're carrying.
