Fall Asleep, Stay Asleep

Quiet the racing mind. Let sleep finally do its job.

A short intake, then a personalized guided audio session built around how your sleep actually breaks down — trouble drifting off, waking in the night, or a mind that won't stop rehearsing tomorrow.

Wellness support, not medical or psychological care. Cancel anytime.

Sound familiar?

You're not imagining it.

  • You lie down tired but your mind switches on the moment the lights go off.
  • You wake at 2 or 3am and can't get back to sleep, watching the clock while your thoughts spiral.
  • You've started dreading bedtime itself — the harder you try to sleep, the more awake you feel.
  • Screens, caffeine, or an irregular schedule keep undercutting whatever routine you try to build.
  • Generic sleep meditations feel too generic — they don't touch what's actually keeping you up.

How it works

A few quiet steps.

01

Answer a short set of adaptive questions about your sleep pattern, your pre-bed routine, and what your mind does at night.

02

We build a personal formulation — whether your issue is falling asleep, staying asleep, or the anxiety about sleep itself — not a one-size-fits-all recording.

03

You get a guided audio session using the technique best matched to your pattern: body-based relaxation, mental distraction, or easing the pressure to sleep.

04

A 4-session arc moves from calming the body and mind at bedtime, to handling night wakings, to easing sleep-effort anxiety, to a durable, portable wind-down routine.

Questions

Frequently asked.

Is this a replacement for CBT-I or a sleep doctor?

No. Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) is the most evidence-supported treatment for chronic insomnia, and this app is not a substitute for it or for medical care. This is a relaxation and self-hypnosis-style audio tool designed to complement good sleep habits — not replace a sleep clinician, and not a diagnosis or treatment for a sleep disorder.

I think I might have sleep apnea — can this help?

No — please see a doctor first. Loud snoring, gasping or choking during sleep, witnessed breathing pauses, or daytime sleepiness despite a full night in bed can indicate sleep apnea, which needs medical evaluation and is not something relaxation audio can treat. We screen for this during intake.

What if I've had insomnia for months and it's really affecting my life?

This app can be a helpful part of your routine, but if insomnia has lasted more than about three months and is heavily affecting your daily functioning, we'll suggest pairing this with a CBT-I program or clinician alongside these sessions — that combination, not audio alone, has the strongest evidence for lasting change.

I take sleep medication — is this safe to use together?

Usually yes, as a relaxation complement, but we'll flag it during intake so your session avoids any suggestion that conflicts with your prescriber's guidance. Never change or stop a sleep medication based on this app — talk to your prescriber first.

I have nightmares or a trauma history that affects my sleep — is this safe for me?

We ask about this in intake. If nightmares or trauma indicators come up, sessions stay calming and stabilization-focused only — no imagery that touches the nightmare content or the traumatic event itself.

How is this different from a generic sleep meditation app?

Your session is built from your own sleep pattern, your own pre-bed mind-chatter, and your own sense of what 'trying to sleep' has felt like for you — using the technique that best matches whether your problem is falling asleep, staying asleep, or the anxiety about sleep itself.

How long are sessions and when should I listen?

Sessions default to about 10 minutes, meant to be played lying in bed with the lights off, as the last thing you do before sleep (or if you wake in the night). Most people use the 4-part series across consecutive nights or a couple of weeks.
