Sound familiar?
You're not imagining it.
- Your mind won't stop replaying worst-case scenarios, especially at night.
- Your body is tense, wired, or jumpy even when nothing is actively wrong.
- Generic meditation apps feel too vague to touch what you're actually stressed about.
- Work, money, health, or social situations trigger a spiral you can't easily interrupt.
- You've tried breathing apps or willpower and they help for minutes, not hours.
How it works
A few quiet steps.
Answer a short set of adaptive questions about how your anxiety shows up and what calm has felt like for you before.
We build a personal formulation — your triggers, your coping style, your imagery preferences — not a generic script.
You get a guided audio session using the technique best matched to your presentation (body-based, thought-based, or anticipatory).
A 4-session arc moves from stabilizing the body, to building skills, to applying them to your specific triggers, to reinforcing a calmer baseline.
Questions
Frequently asked.
Is this therapy or medical treatment?
No. This is a relaxation and self-hypnosis-style audio tool for everyday stress and worry. It is not psychotherapy, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician or physician.
Can this help with panic attacks?
This pack is built for generalized worry and stress, not panic disorder. If you experience panic attacks, please see a doctor first to rule out medical causes; we'll flag this during intake.
I have PTSD or a trauma history — is this safe for me?
We ask about this in intake. If trauma indicators come up, sessions stay stabilization-focused (grounding, safety, calm) and avoid any regression or reliving techniques, which are outside what audio-only tools should attempt.
What if I feel worse during a session?
Stop the audio, open your eyes, and orient to the room around you. This is a relaxation tool, not crisis care — if you're in distress or having thoughts of harming yourself, contact a crisis line or emergency services immediately.
How is this different from a generic meditation app?
Your session is built from your own triggers, your own coping history, and your own imagery preferences, using the technique research suggests fits your presentation — not a one-size-fits-all recording.
How long are sessions and how often should I listen?
Sessions default to about 10 minutes. Most people do best listening during a consistent daily window (e.g., after work or before bed) across the 4-part series.
